Jadelyne Rorie is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management at Fayetteville State University. Upon graduation she plans to attend Winthrop University to pursue a Master of Business Administration- Human Resource Management Concentration. Jadelyne has a particular interest in human resources. Her devotion to assisting others, mediating issues, and interacting with coworkers enticed her to follow a human resources career path. Jadelyne has worked at Bi-Lo Grocery Store for three years as a customer service representative. She recently completed a 2015 Summer Internship at MetLife Insurance as an auto claims adjuster. Through this experience, Jadelyne has gained various skills such as multitasking, communication, problem solving, and customer service. Utilizing these skills, Jadelyne can pursue her goal to become a Vice President of Human Resources.
Jadelyne is actively involved on campus. She is currently the reporter of Phi Beta Lambda. Jadelyne also served as secretary for the Fayetteville Chapter of the National Society of Leadership & Success. Some of the other organizations she is involved with includes: Beta Gamma Sigma, FSU Honors Club, Phi Eta Sigma, and Global Scholars. While being actively involved on campus, Jadelyne still academically excels by being on the Chancellor and Dean’s List each semester.
